Tennis
A great way to stay fit on campus is to try your hand at some tennis! With courts available on almost all college campuses, tennis is widely accessible to students. There is some equipment needed, such as a tennis racquet and tennis balls, but once you purchase those you are ready to go!
If you’re interested in learning to play tennis, a good place to start would be an online guide. Or, better yet, maybe ask around and see if any of your friends have experience playing! Or, better yet, you could set up a challenge among your group of friends regarding who can complete more minutes of activity in one week.
